Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Mentorship Program pairs mentors from local businesses and organizations with high school seniors to help guide their career journey and develop college, military, or career plans for post-graduation. Through mentoring, high school seniors explore their strengths and areas of opportunity, discuss college and career plans, learn about workplace communication, dig into leadership styles, find out how to influence and lead others, and much more.
