Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators. Enforce rules or regulations. Record operational or production data. Inspect production equipment. Study blueprints or other instructions to determine equipment setup requirements. Instruct workers to use equipment or perform technical procedures. Evaluate employee performance. Excludes team or work leaders.
