The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is seeking applications for our Workforce Contract Manager position.
This is a responsible position as manager and evaluator of the workforce subaward for the West Central Texas region. The primary responsibility is oversight and management of the workforce operations subaward, including evaluating program performance and expenditures, ensuring compliance with subaward terms as well as federal and state regulations and requirements and reviewing progress in continuous improvement and training activities. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in workforce, business management, public administration, or human services programs, and at least five years of experience in a management/administrative position. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business, public administration, communication, education, human services, or related field is required. Salary range is $4,500-$5,000/mo (DOE) + a benefit package.
