City of Brownwood, is currently seeking a full time Utility Operator 1 for the Water / Waste Water Department. This position will perform various manual tasks and follow directions given by the immediate supervisor, during the construction, repair and maintenance of the City’s water, wastewater and storm drain infrastructure. This position will require heavy manual labor. The nature of this position requires this person to be subject to call 24 hours per day as assigned, including weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $2,574.00 per month / $14.85 per hour.
