The primary scope of this position is to support business development efforts by providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service as a first line of customer contact either by in-person contact or telephone support. Additionally, this position will perform loan administration, content management, and other office administration on a daily basis.
Essential Functions:
- Answer and route incoming calls, greets vendors, customers, and other visitors.
- Provides excellent customer service on a routine basis by answering customer inquiries and resolving customer issues and concerns
- Administers electronic loan file processes for the branch office
- Maintains knowledge and demonstrates ability to use IT systems used in lending and office administration
- Collects loan payments and performs related tasks required to service loans
- Operates a variety of standard office equipment, which may include computers, paper shredders, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners
