Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Two (2) combined years of experience in manufacturing and/or engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
Experience in microreplication coating technologies
Ability to analyze, problem solve and implement solutions
Effective project management skills with proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with time constraints
Works well on cross-functional teams in a continuous improvement (LEAN) environment
