Sadosa Ridge Apartments in Eastland, TX is looking to hire a Lead Maintenance Technician!
As Lead Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and repair all aspects of the property and its units.
Job duties will include:
* Complete residential service requests in a timely manner
* Resolve maintenance issues
* Heating/Cooling Repairs (HVAC certification preferred but not required)
* Electrical
* Drywall
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Painting
* Appliance repair, etc...
* Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status
* Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas (Lawn care not included)
* Always provide residents with outstanding customer service
