Finance Director

This position requires a bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business management, or a closely related field, with a masters degree preferred. Candidates should also have at least 10 years of financial management experience, including five in a financial director or assistant director role. Experience within municipal government is preferred.

Certification by the Government Finance Officers Association and/or as a Certified Public Accountant is a plus.

The City of Sweetwater is offering a starting salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 for this position, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Please note that residency is not required for this position, but it is preferred.
