Day Nursery of Abilene is looking for a Trainer/Mentor Coach.
Job Duties:
The Trainer/Mentor Coach's role is to support Early Childhood Professional staff (ECPs) /their mentees teaching/training and assuring the components of Texas Rising Star (TRS) are met daily by empowering them to resolve current issues and developing strategies for the future. The primary focus is on providing technical assistance, training, and one on one mentoring to assure Texas Rising Star criteria is met.
Preferred Skills include understanding of observation, evaluation, and assessment of early childhood programs. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply state guidelines related to childcare.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood or related field with classroom experience.
