Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant

Job Description:

• Provides general care and preventative care, conducts checkups, treats illnesses, orders lab tests and prescribes medication for children and adults.
• Responsible for providing primary care services, as well as screening and educational assistance.
• Follows the most current evidence-based guidelines and procedures.
• Performs common vaccinations and diagnostic screenings.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school with current FNP or PA Licensure.
• Current certifications to include BLS, ACLS and PALS.
• 2 years of Family Practice, Texas Health Steps and Women's Health experience preferred.

Salary: $42.37 - $78.93 per hour
