Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Office Maintenance
- Assisting with Site Cleanups
- Maintaining Lawns (Mowing, Edging)
- Designing Landscaping
- Maintaining Landscaped Areas
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of work experience in general maintenance
- Must have the ability to work independently and under general supervision, requiring little supervision
- Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment around hazardous materials and heavy equipment
- Skill in multitasking- coordinating simultaneous mental, manual and visual activities
