Job Description:

• Ensure a safe work environment by modeling and enforcing safety standards
• Implement the Operations Execution Model to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a leadership presence on the plant floor
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and take disciplinary actions as necessary
• Drive team engagement through positive recognition and respectful interactions

Job Requirements: 

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent required
• Progressive leadership in food manufacturing and lean manufacturing preferred
• HACCP, SQF, or BRC preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and LEAN knowledge

Salary:

• $80,016 - $159,708/yr
