Job Description:

• Supervises skilled nursing and therapeutic services staff regarding client care, scheduling, documentation, community projects.
• Submits required paperwork by the deadline to facilitate operations of the agency
• Assures that a client’s plan of care is appropriate and executed as written
• Assures that a reassessment of a client’s needs is performed when there is a significant health status change in the client’s condition, at the physicians’ request, or after hospitalization, if required
• Recognizes and follows the appropriate communication and organizational chain of command of the company

Salary: $30.00/Hour (Depending on Experience)
