As our Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll be the right hand to the DON, helping lead our dedicated team of caregivers, ensuring top-tier clinical care, and fostering a culture of compassion and accountability.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day clinical operations in our skilled nursing and long-term care units
- Mentor and motivate nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor care plans
- Step up when leadership is needed most
Pay:
- $32.00-45.00/hour (Depends on Experience)
