Job Description:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring, walking, and positioning
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Assist with feeding and monitor food and fluid intake
- Provide basic patient care and comfort
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document care provided according to facility policies
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Pay:
- $14.00 - $16.00 / Hour (DOE)
