Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the safe, compliant and effective performance of the Brownwood Supply Chain and Logistics organization. They will be part of the plant’s leadership team and responsible for representing the function with division partners. They will have a key role in collaborating with our customer divisions in setting the business’s strategic direction and aligning resources to meet business goals. This person is the Plant process owner for Capacity, Material Planning, and Inventory Management. They identify, define, and implement improvements to site supply chain processes.
