The purpose of this Request for Quotes is to establish a contract for janitorial services at the following locations:
Brownwood Workforce Center, 2202 Hwy 377 South, Brownwood, Texas 76804
Snyder Workforce Center, 1912 37th Street, Snyder, Texas 79549
Sweetwater Workforce Center, 1105 Bell Street, Sweetwater, Texas 79556
Bidders are required to bid on all three facilities. Prior to submitting a bid, bidders are encouraged to inspect the location(s) covered under this invitation for bid in order to fully determine the size and amount of work required to be performed. Failure to do so will not disqualify bid. To inspect location(s), contact Steve Collins, Business Resource Consultant at (325) 795-4304, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
