TSTC - ABILENE is hiring for the position of Workforce Trainer - Welding.
Position Overview:
- TSTC Workforce Development is seeking a highly experienced applicant to provide input on curriculum development and to deliver instruction for our customized welding programs. As an instructor you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Deliver instruction in: Welding.
- Edit and/or update course syllabus,
- Perform student advisement and recruitment,
- Attend after hours technical and professional development training opportunities,
Minimum Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in field of expertise.
- AWS or NCCER Certified within last 5 years in Level 1 (Level 2 & Level 3 preferred)
- Associate degree preferred
- Ability to utilize different methods in delivering course material
- Competency in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and Management System Software is essential
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills.
