Case Managers
Job Functions include assisting individuals in gaining needed services:
- access to medical, social, vocational, educational
- service plan development
- coordination of services
- advocacy
Position Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
- Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
- Applicants must reside within 70-mile radius of duty site.
Salary: $21.84 per hour
