Description
- You'll assist customers with general loan-related questions.
- You will take and process payments for loans.
- You will review and complete advances on lines of credit.
- You will work with our Loan Officer and Branch President to conduct outbound sales activities.
- Provide retail banking services to clients both in person and over the phone.
What you need to be successful:
- 2-4 years of financial service experience
- Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships
- Superior oral and written communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of employees and management and customers
- A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately under constant deadlines
