Maintenance Technician-Sweetwater
Pratis Properties are looking for a few good enthusiastic maintenance people.
We have several apartments in the Sweetwater area, and are needing a caretaker to do the maintenance and upkeep on the properties.
Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of a building in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
- Must have their own tools
- Handy Man experience
- HVAC experience requested
- Competitive Salary
- Rotating Hours/ Be willing to be On Call.

- Housing Allotment, toward living on the property
- Must be able to pass a background check and Drug Test.
- If living out of the area, must be willing to relocate to Sweetwater within a reasonable length of time.
Salary $15.00 -$17.00 hr.
