Maintenance Worker I

Job Description:

• The Maintenance Worker I will work under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and the Director of Maintenance. 
• The position will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor in performing basic maintenance work of the department and, upon request, will assist Maintenance Worker II as needed.
• The person occupying this position must have basic knowledge and experience in general maintenance work.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience/ Training: 6 months to 1-year basic maintenance experience

Must have a clean background and pass a background check.

Special Requirements: Valid Texas Driver’s License

Salary:

• $37,684 / year
