Description:
- Qualifications: Licensure by Texas State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners. Certification by National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy. Current CPR. Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, proof of liability insurance.
- Primary Function: Evaluates patients, plan and administer occupational therapy treatments, and re-evaluate patient's progress during and following treatment.
